1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Maynframe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Maynframe ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our enterprise IT operations platform and related services ("Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Service Description

Maynframe provides an enterprise-grade IT operations platform designed for startup speed, featuring:

  • Central processing and policy automation
  • Human-AI collaboration capabilities
  • IT infrastructure monitoring and management
  • Security compliance and risk management
  • Integration with third-party systems and services
  • Workflow automation and orchestration

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

6. Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance on our Services. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance that may affect service availability.

7. Payment Terms

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related technology, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights in our Services.

8.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding our Services may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAYNFRAME BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maynframe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account termination features in our Services.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We may delete your account and Customer Data, subject to applicable law and our data retention policies.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or sending you notice. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
